A remote conversation
We start with a conversation, wherever you are — understanding what you want from the space, and what's driving the project, before anyone sets foot on site.

A site visit
We visit the property in person to take measurements and see the space as it actually is — the basis for everything that follows.

Two design proposals
You choose between two design proposals, rather than being presented with a single option to accept or reject outright.

A phased action plan
Once a direction is chosen, the work is broken into a clear, phased plan — so it's obvious what happens next, and when.

One coordinated team
Engineers, designers, builders, carpenters and painters work to the same plan under one point of responsibility — not a chain of separate contractors you have to manage yourself.

Photo-report updates
Progress is documented in photo reports as the work goes on — so you can follow it from wherever you are, not only when you're able to visit.
